INGREDIENTS:
- Two whole conference pears
- 1/2 of a whole cucumber
- 1/4 of a medium parsnip
- 1/4 of a lime
- One large handful of spinach
- Two springs of fresh mint
METHOD:
- I always recommend using a whole fruit
centrifugal juicer
- Place one of your pears into the juicer but don’t turn it on yet
- Pack into your juicer on top of that pear your
spinach, lime, parsnip and mint, then place
the other pear on top of it
- Turn your juicer on
- Wait 30 seconds for it to get to max speed
(this just makes sure you are getting
maximum juice out of your produce)
- Push this through and follow it then with your
cucumber
- Switch your juicer off and wait for the juice to
stop dripping
- Serve over ice if you like your juice chilled
And never forget the number one rule
You have to clean your juicer before you are
allowed to enjoy your juice 😉
