INGREDIENTS:
Makes 1x 500ml juice.
- Two whole Green Apples
- 1 thumb sized chunk of ginger
- 1/4 of a medium parsnip
- 1 small whole beetroot
- 1/4 of a lime
- 4 medium Carrots
- 1 small handful of kale
METHOD:
- I always recommend using a whole fruit
centrifugal juicer.
- Place one of your apples into the juicer but
don’t turn it on yet.
- Pack into your juicer on top of that apple your
lime, parsnip, ginger, kale and beetroot, then
place the other apple on top of it.
- Turn your juicer on.
- Wait 30 seconds for it to get to max speed
(this just makes sure you are getting
maximum juice out of your produce).
- Push this through and follow it then with your
4 carrots.
- Switch your juicer off and wait for the juice to
stop dripping thought.
- Serve over ice if you like your juice chilled
And never forget the number one rule
You have to clean your juicer before you are
allowed to enjoy your juice 😉
