Is it okay to sleep during meditation?

Yes it is. Quite often the energy puts you into an altered state so you can heal. Your subconscious mind is always there, every step of the way on a guided meditation.

Can I meditate with my eyes open?

You can meditate with your eyes open or closed. Some people prefer it with their eyes closed as it removes visual stimulus. Both ways are worth experimenting with.

Can I sit on a chair during meditation?

You can sit, lie, stand, whichever feels best for you.
