Who said salads were boring? My raw vegan take on a pad thai has the perfect balance of spice served with mouli noodles with a hint of lemon and coriander. perfect as a dish by itself of served as part of a bigger meal. The dressing will easily last 6 days so can be made up in batches.

CREAMY TOMATO SOUP WITH A BIT OF A SPICE

You would never believe this soup is not cooked. I recommend a fairly decent blender for this recipe to get the right consistency but not essential. Amazing taste weather you want to serve it hot or cold and can be made up to order easily in under ten minutes!
