The healthiest rice alternative out there. This stuff is amazing. Really simple to make but also really easy to get wrong it is important not to overland your cauliflower or it will become wet and clumpy, make sure that you always only pulse it and if its helps just do a little bit of the cauliflower at a time if you need to. The aim to to get a light fluffy rice.

Cutting out dairy is a really good idea and you will reap the benefits very very quickly. The freshest and best milk alternative out there and super simple to make too.
