HEALING WORK

You know you are a wonderful healer. Focus on educating yourself through the healing arts and learn more about the different styles of healing. Keep purifying your diet and thoughts so that you can access the higher frequencies that want to communicate through you to not only heal yourself but others too. Continue to open your heart and step away from fear. This is an abundant Universe and any feelings of lack or of fear will stop you from living your dreams.

MORNING AFFIRMATIONS

Set yourself a challenge this week and say your morning affirmations each day to encourage a major change.

A positive mindset is the purest diet you can ingest. Each morning before you rise from bed take the time to fill up on positive thoughts, feelings and ideas. This will set your mind to see the positive in all situations for the day. It’s also a good time to manifest your dreams. When you wake up and imagine you are already living your dream life, this magical thought process you will bring the life of your dreams to you in no time. Write your positive affirmations around your house, office or in your car. Anywhere you will be able to see them on a regular basis.

 

SELF-FORGIVENESS

You are God’s perfect creation. Why carry unnecessary guilt on your shoulders? It’s ok to have high standards but beating yourself up about minor issues is detrimental to your mental state. There is more to life than guilt trips. When you feel guilt it increases your stress levels. Relax and surrender it to the divine. Guilt blocks love and why would you want to run away from love?

There is nothing to be afraid of. Divinity helps everyone and everyone deserves love. Start loving yourself and stop comparing yourself to others. You are a beautiful unique blossom of divinity. Flowers don’t compare themselves to the other flowers. They just bloom and enjoy the gentle caress of the wind. Focus on your positive attributes and allow them to shine.

Stop worrying and know that everything is going to work out fine. Breathe away all cares, concerns and worries. Spend some time praying and meditating.

If it seems too much to visualise at times that’s ok too, meditate on peace. Peace is the ultimate life dear one. Play some relaxing music and enjoy the peace that it creates within your brain waves.

 

BE KIND

Kindness is a skill. The more you practice it the better you become at it. When you are kind and thoughtful the Universe looks after you. Your kind energy attracts incredible situations, people and events. By being kind to others you are kind to yourself. These are skills that are extra important to learn. The Universe will keep giving you opportunities to be kind as something very special is on the horizon for you.
