LET GO

Let go of any attachments in your heart to old relationships, people, situations and regrets. Life is a journey full of experiences and learning. You have walked this path for a reason, you have accumulated divine knowledge from your experiences and you can help others fast track on their journey. Use your knowledge to help others to heal themselves. You are the instrument of divinity, allow it’s power to come through you dear one.

MANAGE STRESS

Take control of your schedule and work with Source to create a routine that enables you to better manage any stress that may be underlying. This includes making time for proper nutrition, exercise, rest and solitude. It’s important that you address any relationships that cause you added stress. Use your assertiveness to say no in times when you feel guilty or obligated to go somewhere or do something you don’t want you.

By pursuing activities you enjoy and love doing, you are walking your path of dharma. Dharma means doing everything with the utmost love.

Address situations that are causing you tension or worry and deal with them now so you can start living a peaceful life.

POWER OF PRAYER

Know that your prayers have been answered. It is now time for you to accept your new reality. This includes letting go of the old to make way for healing and miracles.

Keep sending love from your heart as a conscious healer. Make it your role that wherever you go to share your light and shine. You will naturally uplift others through your own happiness. Now, that’s a blessing to receive.

FALL BACK IN LOVE WITH LIFE

Life is sweet when you treat yourself in the way Source intended. Remove your focus from what life has or hasn’t done for you or to you. Take extra special care of YOU and you will fall in love with life itself. Now is the time to be true to you and be honest about what you feel comfortable doing.

You don’t always have to be pushing for a goal. You certainly don’t need to feel guilty about taking some time to yourself to have fun. Open your heart and speak sincere words of love, give compliments and show kindness whenever you have the opportunity.

SILENT DAY

Set aside time this week to be in complete silence. Turn off your phone let your family and friends know that you’ll be uncontactable for some time. Don’t listen to music, read a book, watch TV, write or make eye contact with anyone. There should be no distractions. The healing you will receive will help you become aware of your thoughts and give you the opportunity to cleanse and release. If you can do this for a whole 24 hours, amazing! If not 2-3 hours is even enough. Eat light food and be kind to yourself.
