Banana And Oat Bites

Pack some of these little bites if you’re heading out on a family day trip or picnic

Total Time: 25 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 60g porridge oats
  • 30g apple sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, then mix in the oats, apple sauce and ground cinnamon.
  • Divide the mix into 10
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
