MENTAL DETOX
Your manifestation is doing exceptionally well. In order for it to exceed your levels of expectations you are urged to take a special detox diet. This detox diet is to rid you of any negative energy you have in your space. Fill your life full of positive people, situations and positive influences. Make sure every single moment of your day is positive. This means avoiding gossip, skeptics, people who lack enthusiasm and are pessimistic.
This detox is for all five senses. What you see- don’t read or look at anything about violence, aggression or gossip based media. This means no violent movies etc. Instead feed your brain a positive diet full. Read heartwarming stories, listen to positive music, talk to positive people. This diet will remove any hidden blocks that could slow down your manifestation or stop it from happening.
JUST DO IT!
You may not feel entirely ready for this exciting new stage of your life, let me tell you, you will never feel ready. There’s no time like the present so keep taking small steps and big leaps in the direction of your dreams. Follow all of your time and energy on your life’s mission. Ask others for help along the way.
Acknowledge you are going through deep healing right now and you are in a learning cycle.
If you need clarity explore your options for the future on a sheet of paper so that you can see your options in front of you. If you think a situation can’t be changed, write down the options as though you were giving advice to a loved one of friend. Imagine the situations can be magically changed, now remember that any situation can be changed and achieved, take small steps to imagining this outcome and continue to take the small steps towards the “what if” you could actually achieve the impossible. When you take new opportunities and take actionable steps it opens up even more opportunities and even more options.

ENJOY YOUR BODY
Your body needs to be free. Your body is communicating to you that it desires to have the freedom to express itself daily. If you have cravings it is your body’s way of telling you it needs to feel its purpose. Imagine a child and how they express themselves through their body. They don’t walk in unison or look like robots. They jump, skip, dance and take random strides because they are enjoying their bodies. You have been conditioned to play small, to fit in and to be suppressed. Your body deserves to be enjoyed and honoured. Take the time to look inside your body by listening and following its flow.
Get oxygen into your body through jogging, walking in nature, yoga or dancing. Oxygen is energy, oxygen is life.
Connect to the spirit within through bodily movements to feel connected to Source and create long lasting fulfilment.
Don’t hesitate or delay a moment longer. Make a bold life change towards your dream while holding a clear intention of success. Remember you are a fun being. Go out and have fun and celebrate your body.
